Harish is a market research veteran with decades of experience in global research firms across India, Southeast Asia and West Africa. He focuses on emerging trends in consumer, digital and other emerging retail services industries.
Integrating insights from research methods, big data analytical models, behavioural analysis and digital megatrends, Harish helps tourism organisations bring home the foresights needed for both Government and industry. He has served clients that include Tourism Australia and Singapore Tourism in designing and executing market research programs covering needs exploration, destination evaluation, visitor expenditure and perceptions, brand health trackers, MICE evaluation, etc.
Since 2018, Harish has co-founded two consulting firms that deliver specialized services in market research analytics, storytelling, process automation, and end-to-end research program management across – tourism, hospitality and leisure, retail, FMCG, durables, BFSI and others.
Based in Gurgaon, Harish is a consummate foodie and an avid reader.
